GJ - JERSEY, EU-013
Before showing up as J79ZG from the Caribbean in autumn Babs,DL7AFS,
and Lot,DJ7ZG, will test the condx from Jersey (EU-013). They will be
QRV in RTTY, PSK and SSB on 6m-80m signing MJ/homecalls from May 15-27.
QSL via bureau to DL7AFS.

S2 - BANGLADESH
Ramon,DU1UGZ, was working as S21UGZ on May 2/3 before he got allocated
another call S21XR. He will stay in Bangladesh until Jun 20 but has
only little time for our hobby. QSL via DU1UGZ.

SV - GREECE, EU-174
Michael,DF3IS, is going to activate the Greek island Thassos (EU-174)
as J48IS from May 19-25. QSL via DF3IS, bureau or direct.

TK - CORSICA, EU-014
YL Eva,HA3FRE, and Tomi,HA4DX, will be QRV from Ersa near the city of
Tollari, Cape Corse (IOTA: EU-014, MIA: MCO-001) from May 16-23.
Activities will take place mainly in CW on 40m/30m signing TK/homecalls
during the evening and night hours.
QSLs direct or via bureau to their homecalls.

YS - EL SALVADOR
Michael,G7VJR, Bob,MD0CCE, and Nigel,G3TXF, plan to show up as YS1G
from May 17-24. They will be joined by Mario,YS1MAE, who works in SSB
while the three Brits are focussing on CW and 160m/80m/40m/30m.
G3TXF will take care of the QSL cards, as usual also via bureau.

ZK2 - NIUE, OC-040
Chris,ZL1CT, is going to hit the airwaves as ZK2V from Niue (OC-040)
between May 16 and Jun 19. Chris works in CW/SSB and prefers 80m/40m/
30m/20m/17m but promised to try also RTTY and the WARC bands. Further-
more he will take part also in the SSB and CW ARRL Contests.

5H - TANZANIA, AF-032
DL9MS and DL2NUD are leaving for their EME DXpedition to the island of
Zanzibar (AF-032) on May 15. They will be QRV as 5H1MS and 5H1HP,
during the "moonless" time they will work also on HF and with good
condx also on 6m until Jun 2. QSLs via homecalls.

5V - TOGO
Werner,DL9MBI, is now active as 5V7PM and will stay in Togo until
May 30. He was working mostly on 20m in SSB, RTTY and PSK during the
last weekend. QSLs direct or via bureau to Werner's homecall.

BULGARIA, SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS
LZ2009KM is activated during May to celebrate the St. Kyril and
Methodius day on May 24. The two brothers Cyril and Methodius are
considered the inventors of the cyrillic alphabet und May 24 is one
of Bulgaria's most important national holidays. QSLs via bureau, direct

celebrate 50 years of television in Bulgaria until Dec 31.

JAPAN, SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS
The new extended band plans on 40m are welcomed by the Japanese in the
best possible manner by activating a special event station in every
call area (8J040M to 8J940M) from May 16 until Jul 20. QSLs via bureau.

RUSSIA, SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS
The airport of Omsk celebrates its 80th anniversary this year. This
jubilee is marked by following UE80 stations (in brackets the calls of
OP and QSL manager) until May 31: UE80MB (UA9MBQ), UE80MC (UA9MC),
UE80MD (UA9MD), UE80ME (RW9MC), UE80MK (RA9MKL), UE80MO (UA9MAX),
UE80MP (RU9MP), UE80MT (RA9MC) and UE80NS (UA9NS).

MEDITERRANEO DX CLUB'S MEMBERS TROPHY
The Mediterraneo DX Club's Members Trophy takes place for the fifth
time on May 16/17. The clubstation of the Mediterraneo DX Club (MDXC)
will be active as IQ8MD and will be joined by following stations from
Italy and other countries: 4X0MDC, HG09MDC, II0MDC, II2MDC, II8MDC,
II9MDC, IO0MDC, IO1MDC, IO5MDC, IO9MDC, IQ8MD, IR0MDC, IR2MDC, IR5MDC,
IR8MDC, IR9MDC, IU0MDC, IU1MDC, IU5MDC, IU8MDC, IU9MDC, LQ5D, PD05MDC,
SX1MDC, TM5MDC. All QSOs with these stations will be confirmed auto-
matically via bureau. Direct QSLs should be sent to IK2VUC.

Bodo,5N0OCH (DL3OCH), was informed by the president of the "Nigeria
Amateur Radio Society" that 5N/LZ1QK has no valid amateur radio licence
for Nigeria. Since the ARRL knows this fact as well it is most likely
that these QSOs will not count for DXCC credit.

DXCC: Following operations will be accepted for DXCC credit now:
J20SE, Djibouti (operation of 2009),
A52DT, Bhutan (operation of 2009).
