The following ham radio operators are conspiring to
harm a fellow citizen/ham radio operator (Person X)
because one of them has a personal vendetta against
another central California ham radio operator.
The individual below needs to be reported to the
authorities for a number of reasons including conspiring
to do bad to another ham radio operator.
Inciting hate speech against religions and ethnicity.

KE6PEJ (Chip) went on frequency 3846 one late night and
expressed his hatred and wish "to get back at another ham
radio operator for making disparaging comments about his
deceased father."
The implication was that Chip wanted the guy dead
although Chip alleged he had recordings of Person X threatening
him on another frequency during the daytime. Person X is
the name of the individual Chip asked KB6WBO and KC7CQP to
use their computers to obtain data about Person X. Chip
read Person X's full name and address over frequency 3846.
The reason this is being posted on the internet should anything
happen to Person X (which can be identified by his address),
These individuals could be held liable.

KC7CQP, Phil Randazzo who lives in Pahrump Nevada and
commutes to job as a head of security at a Las Vegas
casino had Chip KE6PEJ read the name and address over
the frequency and Randazzo offered to use/abuse his
authority and obtain information about the alleged
gentlemen (Person X) to KE6PEJ. Randy L. Ballinger,
said "that if you knew the right people any data can
be found?" Ballinger is retired from the fire department.
The question is? Can Phil Randazzo be fired from his job
because he is accessing personal data on his on time not
related to his job? Randazzo claims he is affiliated with
Department of Homeland Security.

The question is?

Is Randazzo using DHS data to use against a private
person because of a personal vendetta?

Randazzo is to retire in March, so the company he works
for needs to be revealed and Randazzo fired before he
retires. This would be a glorious victory for the
powers that be in its efforts to stop this under the table
cronyism.

Also, at times all of parties below have expressed a
strong bigotry towards people of Latin decent and people
of Arabic decent. All parties below going as far
as --- using a weapon to "selectively eliminate the
illegal immigrant."

Ron Solomon is the instigator as well as Randy Ballinger.
I don't have a problem with free speech but their diatribes
violate free speech and are explicit to those people who do
listen to their conversations on 3846MHz between the hours
of 11PM and 6AM (PST).

There is no private conversations, these ham radio
operators are licensed by the Federal Communications
Commission yet they are selectively hiding under the
guise of a license. Their criminal actions are verbal
evidence that the FCC is hiding rouge militias.

Who is going to stand up for the people who are not
listening the poor immigrant?

There is clear distinction between intent but clearly
these ham radio operators are operating from the
perspective of 'killing immigrants' is actionable by
either the state or federal authorities.

How many average citizens know that?
When the average citizen is sleeping these rogue
groups are planning their actions in the dead of night!

Their activities should be scrutinized carefully by the government.
Or at least their member lists should be combed over by the
IRS, Bureau of Alcohol and Firearms. The states attorney generals

Ron Solomon, is the chief instigator of hate speech against Muslims and

California area in his 1992 White Ford Explorer that resembles a 'porcupine'

his delusions about the government and think people are out to get him.
Has personal vendettas against his local sheriffs office, building inspector,
an Arabic Pizza restaurateur. Owns 40 acres of property just east of
Garberville, CA. It is unclear whether he supports a militia.

This guy is an high bottom alcoholic who claims he has
everything he wants but only if it's only with a cocktail
in his hand. Randazzo claims he is the "head of security
at a major Las Vegas Casino", and claims to have the dirt
on everybody at his disposal? Or should that be pilfering?
How do we know that Randazzo isn't apart of a militia?
Yet he continues to incite hate speech on 3846.

The above are the most dangerous ham radio operators known
in the Western United States and should be approached
carefully as they are known to carry weapons that are not
registered. Therefore, the United States Government can
reasonably assume if a 'revolution' were to take place?
Then they should confiscate the gun of ham radio operators.

It's the same chicken **** bull**** no matter where you go.
When you get a bunch of old and or retired people on the radio or the internet, sooner or later bullying will occur. For some dumb reason the people that are the bullies tends to also be the ones that had the graft and corruption jobs earlier in life - police, FBI, Homeland Security etc.
Those people abuses the system by using it to glean information against another person. It tends to all boil down to one persons word against another's.

My advice is for you to get with the times and get yourself a modern rig with a sound card and download a program such as Audacity and record everything the morons says. Can't you understand that everything that you do on amateur radio is FEDERAL!
If threats are made, turn the recording in to the FCC, there is laws and rules in the Part 97 about threatening other people - harassment by communications.

There is a pretty good chance that if the government gets involved that a Federal Marshal will knock on those peoples doors, a FCC agent will inspect their station and they will leave in matching bracelets.

My only other advice is to stay away from nets, nets tends to be nothing but assholes and the best defense against assholes is to turn the big knob on the front of your radio and go somewhere else.

There is nothing that says that those guys has to play with you and you need to be aware that anything you do to invoke those people to provoke a fight will be used against you in a court of law.
Nobody on this forum is going to fight your battles for you!

Learn how to be a REAL HAM! Call CQ and talk to other real hams and forget about the assholes and their moron nets... It sounds to me as if you need to find yourself an Elmer that can teach you the proper way to operate and get you away from the wolf pack mentality.
