Cuban SES QSL info

I worked several Cuban stations using special call signs in September 2013.
They include T49LL, T43BJ, T40PY and CO0PT. At the time they were all
supposed to QSL via the BURO. I just received all my cards back for these
stations stamped "UNKNOWN" by the Cuban BURO. Does anyone have an idea who
these stations were and if they can still be QSLed? None are listed in
