In message , MKARS via
rec.radio.info Admin writes MKARS - Milton Keynes Amateur Radio Society It isn't always obvious whether (say) SADARS is 'Sunderland and Durham Amateur Radio Society'. or 'Southend and Dartford Amateur Radio Society' or 'Sheffield and Doncaster Amateur Radio Society' (etc etc). May I therefore request that those who compile and submit club information to Usenet newsgroups do what MKARS do above - ie give the full name of the club or society. -- Ian |

But if they're the sort of club that goes out of their way to sweep in the dross from the gutters to attempt the foundation licence (or fools' licence as it is known when in the hands of grown men because it is targetted at the 5-year-old), then SAD ARS is more than appropriate. |
