W2S NJ Santa's Workshop coming again Dec. 10 - 23

2nd annual NJ Santas workshop is set to take place again December 10 and
run to December 23, 2016. That is right Jolly old St. Nick is going to be
on the air for all of the children to speak to. We weill be operating on
all bands SSB and some CW just like last year. Maybe even some RTTY and
PSK-31. If there are any questions, please direct them to W2CCW.

PC16XMAS, Christmas activity by the Dutch radio amateur PD9Z (Sascha) and
shack visitors.



Purpose of the activity: maintaining the spirit of friendship between
amateur radio operators in the Christmas period, and provision to obtain
our nice QSL-Card.



Time period: 2016.12.06. 00.00 UT - 2016.12.31. 23.59. UT



Frequencies: 160m-10m HF bands. Modes: CW,SSB.

NPOTA Credits

NPOTA guys I have a question?

Ive worked several NPOTA activations, also activated SS-09 Padre Island
National Seashore. I check the stats on Npota activations verified I have
credit for 5-6. Much fewer than stations Ive worked.

Is this low verified activation amount due to activators not properly
setting up a NPOTA location thru LOTW? Or once I activate a park will I
only get credit for Park to park contacts.?? Not sure why Im not getting
credits? Im reasonably sure Im doing...
