October 2017: Ionospheric Propagation Predictions
 

Last month (September) saw good openings thanks to the Equinox, which will last until mid-October.

Solar activity is expected to be at low levels, no protonic event in sight, and therefore the general conditions in October will be quiet.

Solar activity can showÿsudden but short developments, so no events such as Flares and consequent CMEs are excluded in thisÿdescending phaseÿof the Solar Cycle.
