Default windows xp cw decoder

I ran across an application using artificial intelligence and Windows XP to
send and receive CW. I lost the link to the website that had it, but I
believe it was somebody with a US 6th area call. Now that I have a machine
with XP that is probably fast enough to use something like this, I would
appreciate anyone who has the link sending it to me. Thanks.
