Worked (?) 8F2TJ in ARRL DX CW Contest last weekend.
I'm pretty certain that was the call. I can't find any listing for
this station. Is it a genuine or pirate operation?

Wrong call, you counted one dash too many in the first
character. QSL via VE3HO.
