U.S. POSTAGE GOING UP. Look for U.S. Postal rates to go up effective January
8th. Postal rates and fees will increase an average of 5.4 percent, the
postal service announced Monday, November 21st. The price of first-class
stamps will increase from 37 cents to 39 cents. Postage for postcards will
increase a penny to 24 cents. It is the first postal rate increase since
2002. Airmail stamps will go from 80 cents to 84 cents. Please remember this
increase when you are QSLing.

Also Check your IRC's - some are due to expire on 12/31/2006
