and with some help from fellow programmers, perhaps the ability to
contribute or use electronic qls'ng/logging can be extended to
fellow amateur radio operators around the world...

ARRL, TrustedQSL, SourceForge.

Where does one get them?

The only sources I can find are just the little applications
for Trusted QSL. Cannot find anything with an API to
the database. Seems that API is via email, or the upload
page on the web site. Maybe I missed something ...

for Trusted QSL. Cannot find anything with an API to
the database. Seems that API is via email, or the upload
page on the web site. Maybe I missed something ...
