Today, March 29, 2006, the FCC issued a Forfeiture Order for
$21,000 agains Glenn Baxter K1MAN. This is the long-awaited
follow-up to the Notice of Apparent Liability issued against K1MAN
earlier.

In the Forfeiture Order, the Commission rejected all of Glenn's tortured
pseudo-legal arguements as not applicable. At all. Even a bit.

Mr. Baxter has 30 days to pay up the $21,000, or his deadbeat account
will be assigned to the US Justice Department for collection.

If he continues, then it will only get more expensive fines applied
until the handcuffs come into play then it will be over with a lot of
Baxter's money given to the FCC.

It may seem strange, but does he actually want his money supporting
them? Well that's what will happen if he keeps this up.

I , nor is the FCC going to even make a claim to be stop someone from
activating the great beyond as a new DXCC entity it even make most DXer
forgive him what they see as his msideeds althought the QSL route might
well be literly Hell to pay
