Is there a QSL manager list for the various VU4's posted anywhere?

Clearly identify on your qsl request the station you have worked because
due to the license conditions all will have to use VU4AN followed by the
issued individual call (f.e. VU4AN/VU3FRK) which will make the qsl
management not very easy.
