Default Off topic posts - Are we a Democracy, or a Republic ?

The sad part of this is it's intentional, just to **** people off.

Cecil and his buddies have been arguing on Usnet for 12 hours a day
for the last 10 years - he knows damn good and well how to tell what
newsgroup a reply is going to. The 'discussion' probably started in
one group, and then one of the monkeys added a half dozen more
to one reply, and the rest follow suit.

Internet Ham Radio at it's finest......
