St. Martin and St. Maarten are separate entities for DX. However, check the
PJ4 prefix. The list that I have shows PJ4 as the Netherlands. St. Maarten
is shown as PJ5, PJ6, PJ7 and PJ8. However I don't know if my list is
up-to-date or not.
