I thought we were still headed to a peak. Didnt seem like much of a peak. I
am comparing conditions to about 1989 and 1990 which seemed far better.
DX on 20m every night and all night.

According to the chart at URL:
http://www.dxlc.com/solar/solcycle.html

We are well past the peak and headed for the minimum

The URL also sez Cycle 23 started in May 1996 and peaked in April 2000
