The only turn off is I forget to stop at an atm so I can pay cash and not use any plastic so they can't track me ! I like http://mouser.com for most stuff, no min. order and FAST ship, and if I can wait, http://allcorp.com for misc cables and items. 73 gumby Radio Shack has parts that I cannot obtain without mail order or driving quite some miles. I have a RS store only two miles from my home and that makes it real good when I need a resitor or cap for a project. I don't think Radio Shack is useless and I'm a serious ham for 43 years. I use Mouser also, but when I only need one or two resistors which I may not have in my inventory Radio Shack usually comes thru. Speaking of Mouser, where are they located now? Dave |
