Perhaps an IC-735 which you can get for say 300 to 375 or so if you try hard
enough. That way it is solid state and doesn't require tubes or tuning. But a TS-520 would be a good pickup or a Yaesu FT-101ZD or any of the 101 series. "Allodoxaphobia" wrote in message ...
