I have a Yaesu FT-2600M that turns off when keyed up, then comes right
back on (in all power settings). I know the radio has high SWR protection and have tested the SWR on my antenna (Comet GP9N with 9913) and it's extremely low with an Icom IC-V8000 radio at full power. Does anyone know what could cause this? It wasn't used for a year or so before this and was working fine. It was mounted in my work van for 3 years. Under the cover it looks bran new with no blown components or smells. Thanks for any help. --Mike |
