Skilled at what? I am skilled at PSK31, MFSK, SSTV, DigitalTV, Packet,
APRS, RTTY, Throb, Olivia, Domino, and even CW. So if an operator is
skilled in most modes, then they are a skilled operator. You don't have
to be skilled in all modes to be a skilled operator.
