Default You people still haven't told me why you're against skilled operators.

You're all jealous of me. Is that it?

All you have established is that the amateur radio licensing
requirements should include a mental health test.

Skilled at what? I am skilled at PSK31, MFSK, SSTV, DigitalTV, Packet,
APRS, RTTY, Throb, Olivia, Domino, and even CW. So if an operator is
skilled in most modes, then they are a skilled operator. You don't have
to be skilled in all modes to be a skilled operator.

Requiring an IQ higher than a person's CW
speed would solve all the problems. :-)
