Equipment to monitor EF Johnson Multi-Net

Looking to monitor my local fire and EMS services. They operate on a EF
Johnson Multi-net system. There is no scanner on the market that will
track this trunking system. Is there a radio out there that I can set
up to "Receive" only. A mobile that I can set up as a base receiver
would be nice.
