heh heh... Heil Sound has just what you're looking for. www.heilsound.com
A shock-mounted mic is important if you don't want the guy at the other end to hear: you writing in the log, you push the mic out of the way, people walking across the floor, or you sliding the mouse around. All that and more gets transmitted up the boom to the mic. "Cliff" wrote in message ... I just purchased a Heil Goldline mic and was wondering if anyone is using a boom type mic stand with this mic. I know little about what are the good mic stands. I see some stands have a *shock* feature to reduce vibration during movement. Is this that important? Any advice would be appreciated. |
