Wanted Yaesu VFO

My Yaesu 757 GX2 has given up the ghost. Appears that the VFO has shat
itself. I turn the VFO and hear metal grinding type noises and the
frequency will not change in one direction and will change very slowly in
the other. My question is this: Has anyone got a spare VFO unit for this
radio that they would part with? Or any other advice is appreciated
