My GR1225 UHF Repeater low output power

Hi guys

Need your advise because my GR1225 UHF Repeater cannot transmit far. This unit I buy secondhand last month from my friend. After make field test, coverage only 6km radius. I don't know whether I wrongly programmed or hardware problem.
