Have a new FT-60R and despite repeated readings of the manual, I am

First, Programmable ( Band Limit) Memory Scan. On page 40, item 2 in the
manual it talks about storing the upper and lower limit of the scan you
want
to program. It says using the methods learned earlier (?) store the lower
freq in L01 and the upper in U01. I cannot figure out how to get to L01
and
U01 to store these limits.

Can anyone help?

Don't know that particular model but the typical routine is to select the
channel position in memory mode, then change to VFO mode and enter in the
frequency, then Func+mem, mem(or select memory position and hit mem). There
are variations of this with menu structures.

I prefer to use the software with large frequency lists.
