Default anyone in the world got a standard c710 tri-turbo

HI THERE .

I have searched the web for Months Now and cannot find much info on the
standard c710 tri-turbo handheld , why is this ???

i am not using the radio to its full poitentioal as i dont understand
all of the abbriviations in the setup menu , and their uses
although some are easily worked out . i could do with a copy
of the user manual

if anyone has one , in English that they could
COPY ME , SCAN , WHAT EVER , I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL
and of course , all reasonable costs refunded ..

thanks and hope to hear from you soon
