I don't know what MPR is but MRP is the Memory Recall Priority channel. To my knowledge the only way to clear a memory channel is with PC programming software. If it is at all similar to other Yaesu HTs, you can program or erase a memory from the keypad, but using the cloning software is approximately 1,000,000 times easier.
