Default Yaesu FT-5100 Excessive head....fix???

I just got a Yaesu FT-5100. Works great, but the heat sink
gets smokin' hot on high power. I took out both series resistors
and wired it so the fan comes on full speed when keyed up.
Have some fan noise in my audio, but now it only gets to 130 F.
Still too hot.

Anybody got a fix for this?
Thanks, mike
return address is good.
