Default Watson WS-40SM Power supply

Hello, All!

My 40 Amp switchmode PSU blew up yesterday (for no obvious reason). It is a
Watson WS-40SWV but I suspect it is just "Badged" as a Watson so the PCB
number is 4520-8400-0012. Anyone who has one, care to tell me what "U2" is
immediately left of transformer marked 9402 - I can't tell because it has
been blown to bits. It looks like a voltage regulator (no heat sink) and
it's in the HT part of the board.

With best regards, Gareth (G1LVN).
