Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me dig up a bit of information on a Motorola MTX838 Model B3 portable radio. Despite having the operations manual for this radio I can't seem to decipher the technology of the radio.

Is this a 800mhz or 900mhz type radio? I see that on the front of the manual it does state "Privacy Plus" and within the pages makes mention of trunking technology, is it safe to say that this radio is capable of trunking?

Any insight would be appreciated on this.
