			hello I was wondering what Antenna Tuners will work with the Icom IC-706 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	radio's or Do I have to purchase the Icome AH-4 Tuner. Thank you very much.  |

			I have an AH-4 myself but have no experience of any other tuner with 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	which to compare it. However, a recent message on an Icom-related Yahoo! group says: "Well, I made the switch from LDG Z100 to an AH-4 with the 102" whip and WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!! I tested conditions prior to change and again about 45 minutes later after the install. Day and night with 1.5:1 SWR from 40-6 and 2:1 SWR on 75. Signal reports were EXCELLENT on 40 and 20 with no contacts on 75 or 6. Will try in the evening. Unbelievable the difference this little champ makes ![]() Definitely a happy camper here!"
