Default IC-820H manual/help needed

Hi,

I am in need of a manual for an IC-820H, and as www.mods.dk is down,
rrae seemed like my best bet.

If anyone has a scanned/PDF version, I would be most grateful if you
mailed it to me, using the address above ).

Specifically, I need to know:

a) What the jumpers on the bottom PCB is for (PACT/AMOD + MAAF/SAAF I
found out via google).

b) Pinout of the accessory jack.

c) How to make the PWR/COMP button set power level, not compressor.

d) Why the heck I get -20dBm power output when keying the rig (regardless
of band/mode). Do I need to have either a microphone or a modem connected
for the rig to enable its PA?

If anyone can help with at least part of the above, it would be most
appreciated.

Thanks,
