HI, FT-897D or IC-706MKIIG ??

I am looking for the best one...as far as
1- HF receiver performance to hear and to filter in noise...and
selectivity ...( i know its not the best ...but for a mobile and base and
field station for expedition)
2- TX CW quality signal
3- Easy to use as CONTEST station faster in menu driven commands if
needed ? !!
4- Controls commands (numberof commands and best feed back of radio
parameters via computer link)
