Scanner feature in ham transceiver

Scanner feature in ham transceiver

I would soon be purchasing HF radio. Any models you can recommend that would
also supplement as a scanner in terms of wide band coverage besides normal
3-30 MHz? Continuous coverage upto 1.5 GHz would be desirable. TIA.
