A good Yaesu dealer may be able to help. Thanks Gary. I managed myself though. It was quite easy when I really looked. In addition to the 3 screws holding the print card there was a ring screwed on to the volume knob. When I unfastened this the print card came looose nice and easy. Changing the display was even easier. No soldering, no glue, it was neatly clipped onto the print card. Off with the defect one, on with the replacement display, some checking to ensure the whole thing was clipped on right and voila, I had it all working. Kind regards LA2GKA Olav |
