I recently put out a request for some tech data on a very old
2 meter ICOM 230 (Circa 1970s) VHF Xceiver, not really expecting a
reply. To my surprise I received a copy of the entire manual and
schematic from DF6NA including the location of the deviation pot I
requested.

I guess that is what this newsgroup is all about. Thank you again
