Default Kenwood TR-9130

Greetings,

I have a Kenwood TR-9130 2 meter all mode that behaves in the following
manner:

The display is blank.

Turning the squelch knob will make the green receive light come on and
static come out of the speaker.

On transmit the red light will come on (the speaker will silence if there is
sound), but the meter does not move and there is no power out.

I am assuming the radio has lost lock, does anyone have any suggestions on
this radio?

Thanks and 73,
Joe
