Default Turner Desk Mike Disassembly...

I've got 2 Turner mikes that I'd like to clean up.... a +3 Sidekick, and a
near identical one without the preamp (manufactured by Telex).

I cannot figure out how to dissemble the mic element part (the part that
sits at the top of the mike stand). Is there a trick?

Been there, done that...

On Plus Three and Sidekick desk mics, you have to pry the
little Turner emblem off the rear of the mic head to expose
the Phillips screw that holds the mic element assembly into
place. There's another Phillips screw inside the head that
holds the head onto the neck. You'll see it once the mic
element assembly is out of the way.
