Kenwood TM-V7A display?
Could anyone tell me if they experience these issues with their TM-V7A
dualbander? First, when in memory mode, unusual characters appear out of no where. Second, the S-Meter is always full scale regardless if the signal being received is portable, mobile or a distant signal. 73, Frank K3EKO |

If the TM-V7A has an LCD display, there could be contamination on the
rubberized conductors which mate the LCD to the PC board. The cure is to carefully remove and clean the conductor and PC board with alcohol. wrote: Could anyone tell me if they experience these issues with their TM-V7A dualbander?
