TECH: FT-5200 low mic gain

Has anyone been able to actually locate the VR-1002 or any other mic gain
pot in the Yeasu FT-5200? We've tried the image from ArtSci but it's just
wrong. We can clearly see it on the schematics but no pot labeled VR-1002.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
