Default Kenwood TM241

Hi

I've bought a second hand Kenwood TM241. The problem is that the only sign
of live at the front site is the burning DIM led. Further there's nothing
burning. All the buttons function well and are beeping alright.

Does anyone know if there is a possible failure or is it possible that the
old owner switched of the display in some way, it was used in a cab/taxi.

Hope someone knows a sollution.

Kind regards,

Marco )
