It's not Omega Radio, it's called OMEGA ONE RADIO

OMEGA ONE RADIO

The names are too similar. It's easy for the public to confuse the
names, and so your choice will be taken before a judge. You do have
enough money to afford $125 per hour for a copyright and trade mark
lawyer, don't you? It shouldn't require more than 100 or 200 hours of
billed time for the law firm to handle your case up through the first
hearing. That's somewhere between $12,000 and $25,000 up-front money to
defend yourself.

You probably have that as pocket change in your basement floor safe
(next to the Tonka Toys).

No BobbyO, there is a BIG difference their on FM and I'm on Shortwave,
most of the real shortwave listeners know that there is a difference. I
would also BTW point it out to the Judge that the individuals who
complainted to omega radio are the same individuals who claimed a week
before I was in violation of a trademark called Omega who makes PDA
Software, and the same individuals who claimed I was violating federal
law with my low power transmissions, without any hard evidence...but
hey like I tell all these other nut jobs who jack off to this type of
harassment to go for it if you think you have something, but you better
make sure you have something
