Default how to wire a Motorola HMN1010A Microphone

Here's a page about how to wire a Motorola HMN1010A Microphone to an amateur
radio.
These type of used surplus microphones are readily available on eBay and at
hamfests at reasonable cost. They have a high audio output and are very
rugged.
