Oh! I do disagree!

I am fairly well equipped: IC-756 Pro III, IC-746, AL-80B amplifier, ANC-4 noise
canceller, MFJ 1025 Signal enhancer, TS-570D, AMP SUPPLY LK-450 Amplifier, G-707
[2 & 440], plus computer ... and these are the things on my operating table.

IC-706 MKIIg & AH-4 in the mobile. Plus 2 HTs.

Antennas include a LP, CF Doublet with tuned feeders, 30 meter vertical, 60
meter vertical, and a 2/440 vertical at 300 feet above average terrain. [I use
two different Murch UT-2000A roller inductor tuners for HF and Doublet operation.]

I still claim I won't hear a 'Mayday' in the Extra CW sub-bands.

I earned a BSEE, have completed numerous post BSEE courses [work specialized],
not degree bearing, served as Program Chief Engineer on a very major USAF
strategic missile, and have over 50 years of Ham experience including more than
10 years in RACES and AREC and 20+ years in USAF MARS where I served as Region
Communications Manager-AFF1C.

I passed my CW requirements in front of a US Government FCC engineer in the
early 1950s.

Finally, I know enough not to broadcast this over five different NGs.
