Default Ham Radio & Wideband Internet Provider Direct WiFi

Hi, I have been out of ham radio for over 10 yrs now! Internet is my
thing now! Is there any way to get wideband Internet service via a Ham
Radio frequency? Wasen't there a 5 Gig freq. set up for this yrs ago?
Is there a service like WiFi that is antenna to antenna both ways/
