Default How I'm Learning Morse Code

I finally got around to releasing the tools I am using to learn Morse
code. They are released under the MIT License, and are available at
the above URL.=20=20

In addition, I have set up a daily cron job to create new practice
files for those who are interested in learning or practicing.

Feel free to give it a try. How hard can it be?

Jack.
