Set Aside of Renewal of Amateur Radio General Class license KB1EVE
Dear Mr. Tolassi:

The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has notified the Enforcement
Bureau that, on on its own motion on August 22, 2003, it set aside
your license renewal pursuant to Section 1.113 of the Commission's
rules, 47 C.F.R. Section 1.113. That action is based upon enforcement
issues relating to the operation of your station and questions
regarding your qualifications to be a licensee. Your application
reverts to a pending status.

The Commission will need additional information from you in order to
determine your qualifications to be remain a Commission license, and
it may be necessary to designate your application for an evidentiary
hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. You will be contacted by
the Enforcement Bureau shortly.

Forgive me for not being current on this situation. What was it that he

would come on a frequency, just butt in and start talking. Even when told
to clear out, he would keep it up.

He claimed to be a draft dodger during the Vietnam war years, and made a
point of attacking those that went. He would follow folks around and jam
there conversations with computer 'tapes' as he liked to refer to
them...etc. In otherwords he has a long record.

He used to be KC1ZQ. Was ordered for retest and failed the Advanced. He is
the ONLY HAM in recorded history to downgrade his license class and STILL
not learn anything.

The final straw was when he came on the air and accused another ham of being
a porno star. This and many other acts were taped and supplied as
requested to the FCC.

sure why he didn't pop up on my radar, as some have in recent past.
Guess I should pay more attention to Riley Hollingsworth's bulletins on
the Rain Report website.

latest events on 313 lately. But it was fun listening to KC1ZQ/KB1EVE
in his discussions with Bro. John a few years ago. ZQ/EVE would claim
to be an agnostic homosexual and Bro. John would preach at him to beat
the band. Don't reckon David ever "got saved", though. Maybe he'll
win his case with the FCC and Bro. John can preach at him some more to
mend his sorry ways.

Brother John has basically vacated 313. Some say at the behest of certain
FCC officials. But we do know this for a fact. His old call was KC3AU, and
after moving to Georgia he vanitied into N4FZ. Then swore on a stack of
bibles he didn't choose it........lets take a vote.....how many believe that
one? Right.

Now back to summers eve. I think Riley has a sense of humor. Because after
it was pointed out that a general class operater has a Advanced class call,
Mr. H. had it changed. Hmmmmmm.

IMHO Mr. Tolassi will fight the system by saying he is gay and that is why
he is being persecuted. If/when he does I'm quite sure many individuals
will make a trip to DC. Similar like what happened to the original FZ.
Just some thoughts.
