Default What's on 10.355?

I was tuning about and came across a strong signal on 10.355 that
sounds digital in nature, but I can't recognize what kind of signal it
is. I can record it and make an MP3 available to those who are
curious if that'll help identify the signal, but it's really strong so
I'd be surprised if other hams out there couldn't hear it.

Jack.
