Default Kenwood TR-7400 -- how to do PL?

=2D----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I have a TR-7400 and I'd like to use it on repeaters that use PL.
Unfortunately, I can't find any references to how to do this. There's
a little plug on the right side near the speaker jack, but I have no
idea what plugs into it.

Does anyone know where I can get whatever it is to make that work?
I'm okay if there's a homebrew fix for a particular tone, as long as
it's not a permanent mod.

Jack.
