How do I hook up a phone patch to Icom 746Pro

Can anyone point me to a set of instructions for hooking up a phone patch?

I have a Yaesu SP-767P and would like to use it with the Icom. I am
beginning to think it takes going through the microphone jack in the front.
I hope not.

If you can point me to a set of instructions or website that describes the
best approach I would appreciate hearing from you.
